We are seeking a dynamic Vice President Sales (m/f/d) to join our growing international sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth worldwide.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global sales strategy aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the international sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and customer focus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline customers, leasing companies, and OEMs.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive developments to steer product portfolio discussions.
- Oversee pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, bids, and contract management.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management, and Production to ensure customer satisfaction and flawless execution.
- Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at international trade shows, industry events, and key customer meetings.
- Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the executive leadership team’s strategic decision‑making.
