Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for airline customers during the sales process.
- Conduct LOPA investigations and assess seat integration feasibility based on aircraft layout, interfaces, and certification constraints.
- Translate customer needs into technically feasible seating configurations and option packages.
- Prepare technical proposals, product specifications, weight and dimension data, and configuration documentation.
- Support commercial teams during bids, RFPs, and contract negotiations with technical input.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Certification, and Production.
- Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and customer reviews.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of ZIM products, aviation standards, and installation guidelines.
- Participate in industry events and customer visits as required.
