Your Responsibilities
- Help to develop and implement the regional sales strategy for the Asia-Pacific region, aligned with the company’s global strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline customers, leasing companies, and OEMs across the Asia-Pacific region
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive developments in the Asia-Pacific market to inform product portfolio discussions
- Oversee pricing, commercial negotiations, bids, and contract management within the region, in line with global guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management, and Production to ensure customer satisfaction and flawless execution
- Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at regional trade shows, industry events, and key customer meetings across the Asia-Pacific region
- Report directly to the Director Sales Asia-Pacific and contribute to the Asia-Pacific region’s strategic decision‑making
